I’m so happy I was introduced to Natalie. I had various lower back issues due to various wear and tear and misunderstandings from previous personal trainers. Nat listened to me each week and varied the focus of each session depending on my bodies need. Over the months with Nat I became so strong. Not just physically but also mentally and emotionally and those lower back niggles were no longer there. I miss her sessions so much . Natalie is truly gifted at what she does and I’ve had many instructors/ coaches and teachers. You are at the top of the league . I hope our paths cross again.

Natalie is a natural teacher. Very professional and knowledgable but at the same time she makes you feel valued and welcome. When I came across her classes I had been away from Pilates for a couple of years so was very rusty. I quickly found core muscles I’d forgotten existed, my flexibility improved and my lower back pain eased. A great Pilates teacher!

Natalie introduced me to Pilates and I was genuinely taken aback by how much better I felt. I’m a 50 year old male, having mostly exercised playing rugby, running and in the gym. Nat was unbelievably patient with how inflexible and generally useless at pilates I am. Natalie is a caring, fun yet professional instructor and generally a wonderful person. We’ve shared some good laughs but at the same time I learned tons of things about my body. She was able to work around the limitations of my postpartum body and chronic pain to allow me to make progress that I didn’t even think was possible.
